Legal agreement governing the use of ska888 services
By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any ska888 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or use ska888 Services. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. ska888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
ska888 Services are intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing our Services. By using ska888, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your specific location within Indonesia and that you are not violating any local regulations by participating.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with ska888. Creating multiple Accounts using different names, addresses, email addresses, or any other means to circumvent this rule is strictly prohibited. ska888 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple Accounts are detected, ska888 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit any balances or winnings. Only the original Account may be retained at ska888's sole discretion.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ska888 immediately of any changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
ska888 may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name). Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. ska888 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. You must immediately notify ska888 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. ska888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account or access ska888 Services through your credentials. Accounts used for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in a professional capacity are prohibited.
ska888 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking institutions and e-wallet providers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and User Account status. Standard Users may deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah) per transaction. VIP Users may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1 to 3 minutes for e-wallet transactions and 3 to 10 minutes for bank transfers during normal banking hours. Deposits made outside of banking hours (weekends, public holidays such as Indonesian Independence Day, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or bank-specific holidays) may experience delays until the next business day.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name as it appears on your ska888 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal of funds and potential Account suspension. ska888 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
ska888 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party financial institutions.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to verification requirements and Bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit. If you deposited via BCA, your withdrawal must be sent to your registered BCA account. If you deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to the deposit methods used.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 20,000,000 (twenty million Rupiah) per day for Standard Users and Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah) per day for VIP Users. Larger withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments over consecutive days.
Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB). VIP Gold-tier members receive priority processing within 2 hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Initial withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification time of up to 48 hours.
All Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Required documents include a clear photo or scan of your Indonesian government-issued identification card (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a selfie holding your KTP next to your face, and proof of your registered bank account or e-wallet ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number). Documents must be submitted via the Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion.
ska888 does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month incur a processing fee of Rp 15,000 (fifteen thousand Rupiah) per transaction. VIP Gold-tier members receive unlimited fee-free withdrawals.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting a withdrawal. This policy prevents the use of ska888 for money transfer purposes. Suspicious activity may result in extended verification procedures and Account restrictions.
All Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to abide by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. ska888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the Bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 20,000,000 (1,000,000 × 20) before any winnings derived from that Bonus can be withdrawn. Only real-money bets contribute toward wagering requirements. Different games contribute different percentages: slots typically count 100%, table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) may count 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
ska888 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, using coordinated betting strategies to guarantee profits (e.g., betting on all outcomes in roulette), or any other pattern of play that is not consistent with genuine recreational gaming. ska888 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify Bonus abuse. If abuse is detected, ska888 reserves the right to void all Bonuses, cancel all bets, confiscate winnings, and close the offending Account(s) permanently.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players, Users who have previously had Accounts closed for Bonus abuse, and Users with outstanding chargebacks or payment disputes are not eligible for Bonuses. ska888 reserves the right to exclude any User from Bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
While playing with an active Bonus, you may not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) per spin or hand until the wagering requirement is fully met. Bets exceeding this limit will be voided, and any winnings derived from such bets will be confiscated. This rule applies to all game types, including slots, table games, and live casino.
All games on ska888 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ska888 does not manipulate game results. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session results.
Once a bet is confirmed and a game result is displayed, that result is final and binding. You may not dispute a result after it has been determined, except in cases of proven technical malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

All sports bets (bandar bola, mix parlay, etc.) are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a postponed match, bets will remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. If a match is abandoned or postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. In the event of conflicting information between ska888 odds and official sports results, the official sports result takes precedence.
Live in-play betting carries additional risk due to the dynamic nature of odds. ska888 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time during live events. Bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) but before the odds have been updated may be voided at ska888's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ska888 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
ska888 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service interruptions. ska888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
Many games on ska888 are supplied by third-party game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.). ska888 acts as a platform for these games but does not control their operation. In the event of a dispute regarding game functionality or results, ska888 will liaise with the game provider on your behalf but cannot be held liable for issues beyond our control.
In no event shall ska888's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ska888 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or telecommunication or internet failures.
All content on the ska888 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and user interfaces, is the property of ska888 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any ska888 content without express written permission. The ska888 name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining balances. Accounts with active Bonuses or pending wagering requirements may be required to forfeit Bonus funds before closure is processed. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed immediately.
ska888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if continued service poses a risk to ska888 or other Users. In the event of termination for cause, ska888 may forfeit your Account balance and void all pending bets.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. Inactive Accounts with remaining balances will incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) deducted from the Account balance. ska888 will notify you via email before the first deduction. This fee continues monthly until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.
If you have a complaint regarding ska888 Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 7 business days. Most disputes are resolved satisfactorily at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team by emailing [email protected] with full details of your issue, including Account username, transaction references, and previous correspondence. Senior management will review your case and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
If internal resolution procedures do not resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, you may seek independent mediation through a recognized dispute resolution service. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any such mediation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. By using ska888 Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Indonesian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
ska888 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of ska888 Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
